交通部觀光局在昨天(8號)邀集受陸客團縮減衝擊的縣市政府及所屬13個國家風景區管理處，共同討論吸引國內團體旅遊前往的優惠。觀光局並請相關單位推薦各地具吸引力特色與生態旅遊行程，提供陸團旅行業者包裝推出特色旅遊商品，以爭取客源前往當地旅遊、帶動當地經濟及消費。

為使旅行業者了解相關方案內容及執行細節，觀光局在11月7號到8號分別在臺北、臺中、嘉義及高雄等地陸續舉辦說明會，鼓勵現有國旅業者與陸團接待業者相互合作。觀光局表示，國旅業者除了持有穩定市場及客源，也具備嫻熟、專業操作及帶團技巧。國旅業者協助陸團業者規劃國內優質旅遊行程，並協助送客、招攬，再由陸團業者依補助要點向觀光局提出補助，期望能共創國旅市場營運商機。

觀光局表示，未來將持續輔導旅行業者開發具主題性及在地特色的深度體驗式旅遊行程，活絡整體國旅市場，並協助業者創造商機；另外也透過資訊化教育訓練課程，協助國旅業者發展電子商務，善用網路、社群平臺，以提昇臺灣觀光價值。
